Introducing our new Tribe Kids Coordinator

Hi all! I’m Carla and this is my husband, Justin! I’m from Easton, Maine, and he’s from Brookfield, Connecticut (but we don’t hold that against him 😉). We met while working as backpacking and canoeing counselors at a Christian summer camp in Maine called Moose River Outpost. We’ve been married for three years, and it’s still the best thing ever, aside from Jesus, of course! We just moved out of our 1985 van and into a tiny house for the winter. We like living in small places together; weird, I know.

Outside of Tribe Kids, I am a dogsled guide for Call of the WYld Dogsled Tours located in Teton Village. Please, please bring your kiddos to pet our doggies anytime! I really enjoy rock climbing, running, working out, skiing, and ski jouring. I also love stacking wood and sitting by hot fires with a cup of tea. I am one of those coffee-loving people as well. My most favorite thing about all these hobbies is doing them with people and using God’s creation as a way to build relationships with people.

I have BIG shoes to fill in TK and actually have really tiny feet…seriously your kids’ feet are probably bigger than mine…BUT I’m super stoked for all that God is putting on my heart for TK. I welcome your feedback and am so super excited to get to know you all as well as your sweet (and energetic) kiddos more.
